On a full custom website, you do. The site, the domain name, and your customer data are yours. If you ever leave, I hand over the domain, the site files, and your data within 15 business days, with no transfer fee beyond what a third party charges me.
At $79 you pay for the domain and any outside tools yourself, and I host and look after the site. At $99 those costs are included, so you get one bill and nothing to renew.
Half when we start and half when the site goes live.
Updating hours, prices, photos, staff, or a paragraph of text. Hosting and care includes up to 30 minutes of changes a month. Bigger changes get a price before I start.
